About Us
Palaces Jewellery opened two counters inside Gate 1 of the Dubai Gold Souk in 2001, when the alley still counted the evening by the call to prayer and the first string of shopfront lights. Our founder had one rule pinned behind the glass — post the rate before the customer asks. The window is bigger now; the note is still there.
Today, in-house karigars handle everything from bridal 22K casting to Polki re-setting, a gemologist walks you through every solitaire on the loupe, and insured parcels leave Al Ras daily for all seven emirates.
To make buying gold in the souk as calm as buying bread — the rate on the board, the weight on the scale, the receipt in your hand.
